EVENING PLANKTON EXPERIENCE​

Discover the wonders of microscopic marine life during our Evening Plankton program at the Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology (HIMB) on Moku o Loʻe by request, from 5 PM to 8 PM. ​

 

Hawaiʻi Resident rates are $100 per person, and Out-of-State rates $125 per person.

 

This program is suited for 5 or more participants.

 

Families or groups will have the chance to participate in a guided tour, hands-on plankton tow, and identify the samples under microscopes in our education laboratory classroom. This engaging program encourages exploration and learning about the vital role plankton play in our ocean ecosystems. Join us for a fun and educational evening under the stars with the tiniest critters under the sea!​​
